We gladly make House Calls for your convenience, and have openings for most every Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. All grooming is done inside the Mobile Unit, equipped with all the neceessities to professionally pamper your pet. Each is given a soothing bubble bath, just like at the salon, and groomed from start to finish,as quickly as possible without ever having to leave their own territory! We have seen time and time again, how our services reduce time and stress from your pet's grooming session. We highly recommend house calls for the grooming of cats, elderly, or disabled pets, as well as those with problems with aggresion or seperation anxiety. As always feel free to set a time limit on your dogs grooming session. Minimum charges do apply.

De-matting charge may apply to extensively matted coats, you will be notified at time of service depending on location and tightness of matts

A window of arrival is required for each House Call. It is not always possible to predict weather or traffic conditions that may cause us to be behind schedule. In rare cases we may run behind due to unforseen grooming conditions. Please know being on time to our scheduled arrival is of greatest importance, and you will be called in the event of any delay as quickly as possible. Also, please let us know if you are very flexible with time of arrival!
Prepayments are non-refundable, we do have a 48 hour cancellation policy credits may be rescheduled if 48 hours notice is given
When Madison Schools are closed due to severe weather, appointments will be postponed. We do apologize for any inconvenience
All pets must be vaccinated for Rabies
